Our hazelnuts are harvested from premium mature hazel trees. Raw nuts are screened to remove shriveled, cracked and defective nuts, then carefully roasted at a stable temperature to bring out the unique nutty fragrance. Each hazelnut features a round and full shape. The shelled kernel is creamy beige with fine natural skin on the surface.
It has a crisp and solid texture. When bitten, it releases a strong, mellow nut aroma with a light natural sweetness. The controlled roasting avoids burnt bitterness, keeping the pure original flavour of hazelnuts.
