Our dried mango is made from hand-picked ripe mangoes. The fruits are peeled, pitted and cut into thick slices, then slowly dehydrated at a mild temperature to retain the rich tropical fruit flavour. Each slice maintains a full, plump shape with natural golden-yellow flesh and visible fine fruit fibres.
It has a soft, chewy texture without being sticky. The natural sweetness of ripe mango comes through with a gentle hint of tartness, well-balanced and not cloying. The low-temperature drying process preserves the original fruity aroma, locking in the flavour of fresh mango without excessive added sugar.
